Jack Gries

Jack joined Lion Equity as a Vice President in 2025. His primary responsibilities include financial analysis, due diligence, and monitoring portfolio company performance.

Prior to joining Lion Equity, Jack was an Associate on the private equity team at the Broadview Group. While at Broadview, Jack was responsible for investment execution activities and portfolio company support.

Jack started his career as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Mergers & Acquisitions group at BMO Capital Markets. At BMO, Jack supported the execution of numerous M&A transactions across the Industrials, Consumer & Retail, and Business Services sectors.

Jack graduated with Honors from the University of Puget Sound with a BA in Business Administration and Economics. He was a four-year NCAA athlete on the Baseball team.
