Scott Dimond

PRINCIPAL, HEAD OF PORTFOLIO OPERATIONS

Scott joined Lion Equity as a Principal in 2025. His primary responsibilities include operations diligence, supporting carve-out execution and integration, and leading value creation initiatives within portfolio companies.

Prior to joining Lion Equity, Scott worked as a Value Creation Director at Littlejohn & Co. While at Littlejohn, Scott was responsible for supporting value creation activities within the portfolio, including commercial strategy, process improvement, and operations optimization.

Prior to Littlejohn, Scott was a Managing Director in Incline Equity Partners’ Portfolio Operations Group – Catalyst. He led their Operations vertical, working with executives across the Incline portfolio on topics ranging from purchasing and inventory management, to integration planning to network optimization. He also supported targeted diligence activities in the evaluation of new platforms.

Prior to Incline Equity, Scott was a Principal in Oliver Wyman’s consulting practice and was a part of the Future Leaders Program at BP Fuels North America. Scott started his career working on the railroad, all the live long day. While the roles varied, they gave him the opportunity to work across a diverse range of businesses, focusing on revenue optimization and operational execution.

Scott graduated from Queen’s University with a Bachelor of Commerce and completed his MBA at the University of Cambridge’s Judge Business School. Scott holds a CCLP designation in logistics and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
